Pumpkins

We are getting ready for Halloween next weekend. Part of that is our yearly tradition of visiting our local pumpkin farm otherwise known as Gene the Pumpkin Man. Sydney was really into picking out her own pumpkin. Sophia was just exploring and taking everything in. She was wondering around touching all the pumpkins. We found two good sized pumpkins and bought 4 baby pumpkins for the girls to paint. Before we left we stopped and watched the cows eat some pumpkins and took some pictures. Once we got home I let the girls paint their pumpkins. Sophia wanted to finger paint hers instead of using a brush. Sydney loved painting and had to use all the colors. We didn't have time to carve pumpkins today but will sometime this week.
