Easter Weekend

The family had a great weekend.  The girls and I had no school on Friday so we enjoyed a girls day.  Friday night we dyed eggs for the Easter bunny and the girls had fun!  It was messy but fun! On Sunday, the girls were ready to find their baskets and eggs that the Easter bunny left.  He hid them downstairs so we headed down to see what he left the girls.  Princess Belle came running down the stairs and was so happy to find her basket.  Princess Aurora turned and walked into the playroom and started to play with her toys.  It was very comical.  It is so funny how the girls are only 2 years apart and have a different perspective on things in life.  I know next year Aurora will be just as excited as her sister was.  The Easter bunny left beach towels, toys, and candy for the girls.  Aurora got a stuffed Dora doll and Belle got some toys called zoobles and squinkies.  Both girls were very happy.  Then they started on their egg hunt.  Both girls got into finding the eggs and putting them into their baskets.  After a nice morning with the girls we were off to church and then on to my in-laws for dinner.  The girls also got a nice Easter basket from my in-laws with stickers, candy, and chocolate.  It was another great Easter and now both girls are worn out and sleeping soundly in their warm beds.&
